All the events are put on by volunteers with the administrative support of the Moores UCSD Cancer Center. We have many veteran Longboard Luau volunteers in addition to guidance from our Executive Committee, composed of past event chairs.

We are always open to new volunteers for our committees and on event days. We hold open invite All-Hands Meetings once a month from January to August to plan the events.

Our All-Hands Meeting for 2009 will take place in the evening on the last Tuesday of every month. Specific times and locations coming soon.
